About Champagne Academy of Irish Dance

Since 2007, Champagne Academy of Irish Dance has provided professional Irish dance instruction in Iowa, offering comprehensive training for dancers of all ages and experience levels. Our family-oriented studio fosters confidence, teamwork, and a love of Irish culture through dance, music, performance, and community. We are committed to high-quality, age-appropriate instruction, music, choreography, and costuming while creating a fun and supportive environment where every dancer can thrive.

Founded by Trea Champagne, TCRG, the academy is dedicated to preserving and sharing the rich traditions of Irish dance and music. Trea is a certified Irish dance teacher through An Coimisiún Le Rincí Gaelacha (CLRG), the Irish Dancing Commission in Dublin, Ireland, and is a member of the Irish Dance Teachers Association of North America (IDTANA) and the Irish Dance Teachers Association of Mid-America (IDTAMA). Her students have performed with acclaimed regional and international musicians and achieved success at regional, national, and international competitions.

Based in North Liberty, Iowa, the Champagne Academy welcomes dancers of all ages to begin or continue their Irish dance journey. Whether your goal is recreation, performance, or competition, our mission is to inspire confidence, build lifelong friendships, and foster a lasting appreciation for Irish culture.
